From Route 495:

Take Exit 4 - Route 105, Middleboro Center, Lakeville; Turn right (from the north) or left (from the south) onto Route 105/South Main Street; just ahead you will see Brooks Pharmacy on the left, turn left into the Pharmacy parking lot. Our office is located on the lower level of a white clapboard building to the right - behind the Shell gas station.

From the Middleboro Rotary:

Take Route 28 towards Middleboro. At second light, turn right onto Route 105. Turn right into the Brooks pharmacy parking lot. Our office is located on the lower level of a white clapboard building to the right - behind the Shell gas station.
