Post, O’Connor & Kadrmas Eye Centers and our Plymouth Laser & Surgery Center are exciting places to work.  We not only provide routine eye examinations for our patients, but also provide the most advanced medical and surgical eye care available.  This makes for a very interesting and fulfilling place to work!

Because of the opportunities and advancement available to our employees, we have very little turnover.  However, as our Practice continues to grow, we are always on the lookout for competent, energetic employees – particularly in the following areas:

• Front Desk – Full time and part time
• Technicians
• Billing
• Per diem nurses

All front desk and tech staff must be willing to work periodic shifts at our satellite offices in Wareham, Mashpee, Dennis and Middleboro.

Although we understand that skill sets are transferable, the ophthalmology field is a complex medical field that takes a significant amount of time to learn.  Therefore, for front desk and tech positions, prior experience in the eye health care field is a big plus!
